Do pups get shots at 6, 8, & 10 weeks or 6, 8, & 12 weeks?

it depends on the type of dog. if its a smaller dog its 6,8,12 weeks and if its a bigger dog its 6.8.10 weeks trust me im a vet

It isn't the specific age of the puppy that determines when they get their shots, it is the age of the puppy when they start the series and how often your vet likes to give them.

Most puppies start their series at about 6 weeks, give or take. Then they receive the next 2 of the puppy series either 3 or 4 weeks apart, depending on your vet. After your puppy receives it's final set of puppy shots, the vet may wait a week or two or three before giving the first rabies shot, depending upon local laws.

After that vaccinations are what protect your puppy.Most vaccinations are given in a series over six to 16 weeks, followed by annual boosters.

As far as i know i get the all in one shot and rabies in one visit and then i don't have to bring them back for more shot for at least a year! But worming is also required!
