Usually all schools offer scholarships. One of the things that I would be weary of is high priced private schools that offer what appear to be awesome scholarships, but when it comes down to it, it would still be cheaper to go to public university.
That being said. The Ringling School of Art and Design is known for animation. It is in the beautiful town of Sarasota, FL, where I grew up. Sarasota is an expensive place to live and last time I checked, Ringling was around 30,000.
Let me compare this Pratt in Brooklyn, a school that I applied to photography. When I applied, Pratt's tuition was about 24,000. They offered me $16,000 in scholarships. This was more than any other school, but it was still $8000 and the cost of living in NYC. My in-state tuition would have been considerably less and at some schools - free!
The point? Just make sure you look at the total costs in relation to the scholarship.
$5000 at a school that costs $4000 means a $1000 in your pocket for YOU to spend.
$18000 at a school that costs $24000 means you have to work full-time to put yourself through school.
