I bet if you ask everyone in the world that question they would all say something (big or small) that they do not like about themselves... It's hard to see celebrities and popular kids and not want something that they have. People should learn to love their bodies because they've gotta live with them for the rest of their lives. If we were all Tyra Banks and Brad Pitt the world would be a pretty boring place after a while... God made us all different for a reason and I think we should all appreciate who we are and how unique each and every body in this world is... Fat, skinny, short, fat, hairy, bald, white, black, acne, clear skin, blonde, or brunette... who freakin cares we should all be comfortable.... and that's whats up, haha

I am not as handsome as the movie stars I see on TV
I am not as smart as the contestants on Jeopardy
I am not as tall as almost all basketball players
I am not as strong as the wrestlers
I am not as thin as that middle aged man on the next street
I am not as wealthy as the rich people down the street
I can't sing as good as the people in the choir
I can't spell as many words as my children
Oh there are so many things that my tired old body cannot do and when I compare it to others around me, I find it lacking in almost every wayt.
But do you know what... I am absolutely satisfied with my body and the way it looks. Inside I am a kind, thoughtful, loving person who has a lot to offer friends and family alike. The inner beauty far exceeds the external beauty.
And here is an important Bible scripture for you to consider.
1 Sam 16:7
But the LORD said to Samuel, "Do not consider his appearance or his height, for I have rejected him. The LORD does not look at the things man looks at. Man looks at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart."
So yes... I am very comfortable with my body.

No I am not. I was okay with my body a few years ago but just wanted to put a bit more meat on my body as I was to thin and not by choice. But now I hate my body so much. After my 5th child I stacked the weight on which I love having meat on my bones now, but my stomach is big with alot of flabby skin and the top of my legs seem out of proportion. As you can tell no I am not not happy. I am just a bloated looking mess.

I dislike my body, but than again I have a very low self esteem and I have a hard time finding confidence in my outer appearance. I think everyone, even if they are the most beautiful person in the world, has ocassional doubts on how they look. I know i can make it better looking but i need to dedicate myself to doing that.

Every day is different. I am my own worst enemy. I find faults and think I could improve every part of my body in one way or another. You have to learn to love yourself and accept yourself. I am happy with what I have sometimes. But mostly I want improvement.
