It is written on car's side mirrors that "the object appear near as it is in real", therefore i want to know why it appear near?

The mirror is convex to give a wider field of view. That makes objects in the mirror appear to be farther away than they really are.

Maybe you better take another look at what it says. "Objects in mirror are closer than they appear."

i have heard "objects in the mirror are closer then they appear" but never that one. maybe its a dud

The right side mirror is curved, so it acts like a magnifying glass.
The driver's side mirror, is flat, so no change.

because it is convex mirror
which make you think objects nearer than actual distance,
so you can take more caution and avoid accidents safely
