I just noticed my daughter's feet they look yellow, she is five years old, her feet are clean and I know yellow skin and eyes are symptoms of liver problems but feet?

That doesn't really sound like jaundice, according to what I read on Wikipedia: "Jaundice typically appears in a 'top to bottom' progression (starting with the face, progressing toward the feet), and resolves in a 'bottom to top' manner." Since she only has it i her feet I would guess it's something other than jaundice, but only a doctor could know for sure. I would say just keep an eye on it, and if it's the same or worse in a couple days take her to her pediatrician.

Perhaps it is the dye from socks she was wearing?
Or more likely she doesn't have many superficial veins or capillaries in her feet which brings the pink color into the feet and hands. So the yellow is the color of the fatty tissue under skin.

I cannot think of any disease that has ''yellow feet'' as an indicator.

Certainly doesn't sound like anything serious particularly if it is just the soles of the feet. If she had jaundice, she would certainly have other symptoms, as you have already noted.

Did she step in something, or could she simply have callus?

Don't ask that stuff here, take her to the doctor and ask him/her. We cannot see what her feet look like, but your doctor will be able to.
