Insert your Windows XP CD and reboot your PC.

If prompted, press a key to boot from the CD. The Windows Setup Program will start.

Some time later, Windows setup will ask you to press "R" to try to repair Windows with the recovery console. So press R.

You will get to a black screen similar to a DOS Prompt.

Choose your Windows installation and enter your administrator password if necessary.

Now type:
fixboot
Then press Enter.

Then type
fixmbr
Press Enter again.

Now Grub should be replaced by the normal Windows XP bootloader.

as far as my knowledge concerned, i think this is not possible because bootstrip loader is commanded by GRUB when you have multuple operating system on a computer and one of them is Linux.

if you got the answer do tell me please.
