I'm not sure of the question...no matter what Jesus did have to die. If He didn't then we wouldn't be forgiven of our sins and have the chance to have eternal life. The leaders of the church were very powerful in Jesus' time and they made others in the "trial" to convict Jesus. He didn't have a trial like we do today he had proably a courtyard full of people including His enemies that were screaming to crucify Him. Pilot said to crucify Him for his own selfish reasons. He probably knew it was wrong. Pilot's wife told him it was wrong but he didn't listen. Anyway, I could go on for a while but the important part is that Jesus needed to die. And I thank Him for dying for me when I didn't deserve it!

The people who tried and convicted Him were definitely not His peers. You are arguing from half-baked knowledge. Read the Bible carefully first, be sure of your facts and then ask another question. Until and unless you do, no-one here will attach any importance to your blather.

What made the Jews want to kill Jesus?
"I and the Father are one." The Jews took up stones again to stone Him. Jesus answered them, "I showed you many good works from the Father; for which of them are you stoning Me?" The Jews answered Him, "For a good work we do not stone You, but for blasphemy; and because You, being a man, make Yourself out to be God," (John 10:30-33)
John 8:56-59 "Your father Abraham rejoiced to see My day, and he saw it and was glad." 57The Jews therefore said to Him, "You are not yet fifty years old, and have You seen Abraham?" 58Jesus said to them, "Truly, truly, I say to you, before Abraham was born, I am." 59Therefore they picked up stones to throw at Him; but Jesus hid Himself, and went out of the temple."
John 5:18, "..making Himself equal to God"
"For this cause therefore the Jews were seeking all the more to kill Him, because He not only was breaking the Sabbath, but also was calling God His own Father, making Himself equal with God," (John 5:18, NASB).

Most people like yourself don't realize that mocking God leads to punishment in this life time. Your hopes and dreams will never be. Perhaps a loved one will fall prey to someone evil. Who knows what God is going to allow to happen to people that mock Him.
I know you know better. Repent now and avoid the punishment.><>
