I have been teaching my kids proper english, reading and spelling using fun game web sites like http://www.starfall.com/ - maybe that would work for you. My grandmother learned as an adult by watching American TV.
Peace!

For speaking good english one has to practise a lot.. tell ur freinds who are very close to u to interact with u only english and u in return also talk with them in english and tell them that whenever i speak wrong do help u... otherwise the other option is read novels and if any new word that finds u interesting just jot down and find out a good and simple meaning which will help u understand that word....and make a good grammer book of urs which will help u in making urself to speak nice english...

English is a very difficult language to learn, particularly when it comes to conjugating verbs. Listen to english language radio, tv, and read english language newspapers. Keep trying and good luck!
