Sounds like you should be fine. The quarantine was just precautionary, and is required by law in some places when someone is bitten without regard to the immunization status.

rabies in an animal will show up in days and within a week the animal will be dead. So you have nothing to worry. As for a vaccinated dog the risk of rabies is practically zero. There was no need for the quarantine. I had dogs all my life and while playing got scratched and even bitten upmteen times. If there was a doc visit or quarantine involved I think I would have been permanently there! Just wash any surface scratch or bite with clear running water for sometime and put on antiseptic. A doc visit for you is not even necessary unless there are deep punctures on the skin.

No, not from that incident. The rabies quarantine isn't even really a necessary precaution for a vaccinated animal. Maybe they did it because you couldn't document the shot? Anyway, don't worry about it. You'd know by now if your dog had rabies.

No a vaccinated pet will not give you rabies. Neither will a scratch. You would have to be bitten by a rabid animal to get rabies. That would be skunk, raccoon, fox, possum, etc.

Rabies is very rare these days and the shots aren't that bad any more.

No, you are not at risk. The dog is vaccinated and is still alive after 10 days.
