there's this girl i've been courting... i was serious with her but can't feel any appreciation from her... everything i do seems nothing to her... then, i decided to quit and stop courting her.. but now, she's the one sending me messages... she's the one talking first of which she never did while iwas still couting her... what do you think i'd do? i need help... does that mean she likes me already?

OK, so now she realised that the "hard to get" act backfired. Be cool. She must like you, otherwise she wouldn't be in such a tizz now.
Why don't you take her somewhere quiet and tell her how you feel. Tell her you had almost given up on her (this will give her a fright), and that if she is willing to work on it with you, you would like to continue with the relationship. Make sure that although you "give" in the relationship, that you also "receive" from her. If not - call it quits. But first give her the benefit of the doubt, and see how things go.
Good luck! I hate girls (and guys) that play games! It gives us genuine ladies out here a bad rep! Why can't people just be honest with each other and enjoy life the way it should be???

If you did things for her to get her attention and she was playing hard to get and now that she is not getting the attention she feels what you feel then you should talk to her and tell her that you like her, but if the situation between you too is too abstract then you might want to just keep talking to her and ask her what kind of guys she likes and things that relate to you and then you will get the answer.
Like things that you were doing together when you were after her this way she knows the answer and she will point in your direction, if not then maybe you should just be friends...

Dude, any chick likes attention, and when that attention seems to back off, of course we're going to give some back to get some back. Be a man and play hard to get BUT don't be an a**hole, u'll send her the wrong msg that ur not interested.
take her out on a date now that ur both playing mind games.

She was toying with you. And when you did not respond, it created a achallange for her. Thus she's now interested. Take it slow. She may revert back to being hard to get, once you show interest. It's difficult to know what another is thinking/feeling.
It's all experimentation. You will discover this, in time.

I am that kind of girl too with a guy I like. Some times when guy makes it too easy to access, it's well...too easy. So when he is not very accessible, it's more kind of a challenge. Some girls just like to chase you know.
Well another thought: she might just realize now when you distant yourself, that she likes you as well.

Just relax and get to know her. Maybe she doesn't know how she feels yet. And also, you could simply tell her how you feel in little ways and see how she responds back to you.
