pretty much any tattoo can go on the lower belly. you don't have to find a tattoo that is already on a belly to get it. you don't even have to find a picture of a tattoo to get the tattoo. you can get a tattoo of pretty much anything. you can go to a custom tattoo artist and tell them whatever you want and they should be able to design something for you.

i would just do a google seach for lower belly tattoo, and click pics and then search.
