I am not fat , you can see that my stomach has , Good , well develpoed muscels BUT
i am a) too shy to go to the gym
and b ) in house work outs dont work for me , My house is VERY tiny.
c) jogging , i end up leaving it alone.
BUt i walk fast everyday 2 and from school. and make sure i flex my stomach as im walking . I was just wondering is there any other ways that i could work on getting a tight stomach . Like walking fast is now a natural reaction to me.

Standing Knee Ups work you lower abs....Crunches are good for your middle area. There are also a bunch of modifications to crunches to target more areas. You can also add a weight to your chest area while doing them. Instead of ordering a movie, get a workout video on Netflix for abs. Target has some good ones if you want to buy them. Definitely sucking your stomach in will help too-all instructors tell you to do this while working weights and doing your cardio.

Do cruches (also called mini situps). Don't go all the way back to the floor for better results.
