I'm so sorry!!
But, don't self-diagnose! See a doctor, tell him/her what's going on and let them diagnose your problem. It may just be something that can be treated with therapy or medication but, see a doctor soon Sweety! Are you taking meds for your OCD? If so, find out if you could be having side affects.
I wish you the very best and my prayers are with you!

stay faraway from drugs, believe it or no longer drugs supplies you a chemically triggered psychological ailment which you would be caught with for something of your existence. it is not something to play with, even medicine won't shop you. i lost a brother and a sister to suicide, the two with the aid of drugs. what looks like relaxing contained in the top would have a cost, so don't be silly. i've got been there and achieved that, it ain't well worth it.

I can't diagnose you, but it's clear that you are worried about yourself. This is a good reason to get yourself evaluated by a psychologist or psychiatrist. I hope you will do that. All the best.

i understand exactly this issue.
my suggestion is talk to a counselor, psychology. it takes time to gain strength, but it works. it could be (its not directed to you, i'm no doctor) stress, past circumstances coming to you that you were not able to stand up to (post-traumatic stress), etc.
many things have different outcomes. due to my childhood, i have been diagnosed with paranoia/hallucinagens but my sister with post-traumatic stress.
so try to calm down, seek someone who can be of some help. it can just be stress or god forbid something else.
