Yes, it is possible to have breast cancer at 15, but it is rare. You can read about it at serveral websites:

Young Women and Breast Cancer

Unusual Childhood Cancers

Anyone at any age can develop cancer. You should learn to examine your entire body for unusual lumps or bumps and other signs of cancer. There are some cancers that are more specific to childhood or adolescents (although rare, any type of cancer is possible in childhood too)

National Cancer Institute: Childhood Cancers

If you suspect you might have cancer, speak to your family doctor. If the doctor feels it is necessary to go further he will refer you to a pediatric onoclogist. A pediatric oncologist is familiar with adolescent cancers and the issues and problems facing teens diagnosed with cancer.
