I don't recommend doing it. As a Wiccan I know that whatever energy I put forth to the Universe will return to me 3 fold. If you try to do harm to others, harm will come to you 3 times worse than what you inflicted. It just isn't worth it. It would be much better to bind someone from harming you or to try to get a person to leave you alone while causing harm to no one.

You can put cirse on someone whenever you want, Itss different from curse to curse, but everyone of them work best facing the full moon Eyes closed and Eyes opened. ok first you can get cursed back (exapmel, if you want someone to feel pain for bully or stealing something from someone you must Think clearly if you havent bully or stealing from someone else yourself or you will get the curse on you, there is a curse you can uncurse yourself with).Here are some black spells i have used my own and worked do the following and it will work: 3 Nights of Hell=This spell will inflict serious pain and sores on thine enemy for a period of 3 strange days. After which the spell is lifted he is made well again. Take a black candle and place a picture of thine enemy in front of you and tilt the candle so the wax drips upon the would be victim in the picture. Visualize the wax burning sores into the body of thine enemy. While doing so, recite the following 3 times "As I do this candle spell
Bring thine enemy 3 nights of hell
Candle black, black as night
Bring him pains of flesh tonight!
lesions on his skin will grow
Afflict him with a painful blow
Sores and pain afflict him now
for 3 nights he'll wonder how

Make him well, well at last". when thats done you end the curse by extinguish the Candles. when 3 Days gone you say these Words "When 3 nights of pain endured, I lift this curse rest assured
Darkness leave him, go away, the curse is lifted now, today!" and tear the photo. The payback curse: for this u must concentrate on the person you want to curse over and over til u Think its done, i suggest anointing a black taper with payback oil and inscribing the persons name and Place it under the Candle as t burns and say following: Before the night is over Before the day is through whatever you done to others will come right back at you. whatever the bad things this person done will cmoe right back at him same Power. and this one; Curse of the spirit: On the persons door step, brak a bottle and say: May the spirit enter here and destroy this home, Arastray sardreyardor, malagastro, do this spell and you send a spirit of Lucifer to destroy this home you send the spell on! there are more spells that i have done and more powerfull, like giving nightmares, cursed a person for how long i want with pain, cursed a country, hex of Lucifer, touch of Lucifer, But those spells are too dangerouse for a beginner so i dont suggest doing them until you can controll the curses really good, if you mess them up it can go all wrong for you. they requaier many steps, and items and time so dont even Think about doing them or get someone for you to do it. i have helped friends with it. You can feel someone is with you under these rituals and after so dont get scared, he is just taking care of you(helping). If you want to curse someone, try this:

Go to a graveyard, and collect some dirt from it into a plastic bag. Pile the dirt in a place you are sure your enemy will walk through it, preferably without noticing. Then, collect the gravedust, return it to the graveyard, and mix it there with the soil. Place a small grave marker then with your enemy's name on it (a popsicle stick and a ballpoint pen are useful for this). Clean your hands, walk away, and don't look back.
