I brew Starbucks coffee at home and drink about 3-4 cups of that black followed by filtered water for the rest of the day. I might sneak in another cup of coffee in the afternoon.

I drink 6 to 8 bottles of Dasani Lemon flavored water a day. I actually mixed my energy drink in with it twice a day (8am & Noon). I drink a new energy drink that recently hit the market. It is the first energy drink to come out in the form of a powder so it's ez to carry (the pouch fits nicely in a pocket or a purse) and it's ez to mix as you just add it to your beverage of choice. I just pour it in the bottle shake it up and enjoy. It is awesome and extreme natural energy. If you or anyone else would like a couple of FREE SAMPLES check out my profile or the below link

Water
Filtered through RO. That is Reverse Osmosis. It like osmosis only they take the yucky stuff out of the water, instead of putting stuff in. Tastes the best. I have had it all my life and I don't like tap water at all. Bottled water is okay, though.

Look where I am it's 32'C outside, & 35'C in this factory so there is one perfect drink under that condition- a 500ml glass of Castle draught!
But in your winter I would not drink it, then a glass of 15 year old Dimple Haigh with ice would be nice!
