Bring her some non-drowsy Sudafed. Seriously, that will help. Oh yeah, and if you can get some mint tea, that would be nice too. You can go over there and drink mint tea with her. Or hot chocolate. Good luck!
Oh, I missed the part about you not being able to go over. Hmmm . . . all I can think of now is for you to call her every now and then and chit-chat with her. Good luck!

Be there for her as best as you can. How?
1. Email her.
2. Have someone who CAN go to her house drop off some "get well" goodies from you (Speaking of which, why CAN'T you go to her house?).
3. Send a telegram.
4. Order flowers for her.
5. Call her on the phone.
6. Give her a teddy bear (or other stuffed animal) with a note saying that it is YOU there with her "in sickness & in health."
7. Get closer to the source that's stopping you from visiting her personally.
8. Write her a fun letter, or send her a greeting card (via email or snail mail).
9. Send her books or magazines.
She'll get the message. (smile)
Good luck to you my friend, and thanks for posting.

If there is a way, order her take out. Either Chinese or Some soup place. But the best thing is to be there of course. So whenever you can head over there and pick up some soup on the way from, Bennigans or somewhere that has good soup.
And if she needs medicine you may want to grab some of that on the way with some Gatorade, you can't beat Gatorade when your sick..

Send her some flowers with a nice card! That will surely cheer her up and help her feel better. Give her a call and tell her that you are thinking of her and that you love her and hope she feels better. Sometimes just hearing your voice and knowing you took the time to call, will surely help.

Make some soup for her. Although if you can't go over to her house it would be hard to send it there.
Without going over, there's not too much you can do. Email her a funny get-well card I suppose. Tell her you hope she feels better.

Nothing is worse than being sick. Have someone get her some Ziacam and Nyquil. Both of which works great for colds. She'll be well in 3 days!
