I don't know.
The ennervation of the transplanted bowel would be challenged to connect to the body's nervous system. The tissue could be rejected by the body. The bowel may not anastomoze together well.
But who knows! Maybe in some time we can replace all body parts

first try to eat lots of flax seeds...my friend does that and has put off colon surgery for a while...
