Is it true a girl should wait until she receives a phone call from the guy she just went on a date with, before she attempts to call him? Will he perceieve her calling first as being desperate and needy? The thing is, I know there was a connection there, but how long is too long to wait for him to call afterward?

Why not you make the first call? There is nothing saying the girl can't make the first move when it comes to calling a guy after a first date. Most men think that women who do this are going for what they want and takes some of the stress off of them! I don't think that he will perceive you as being desperate or needy. If he does, then well, I guess you found out and know it may not work out. Just go for it and call him! He may be waiting to see if you are going to make the first call!
