Spaghetti Sauce...it's absolutely delicious, and incredibly simple. So fast you won't believe it. Men go crazy over it.
A loaf of garlic bread and a green salad is all you need with it.
1 jar of Ragu, roasted garlic flavor, spaghetti sauce
1/2 of a chopped med. size onion
2 large cloves of chopped garlic
3-4 links of Italian Sweet Sausage
In a saucepan, place a small amount of oil, and add the onion and garlic. Saute only until clear...do not brown.
Add the Ragu spaghetti sauce and bring to a boil.
Add the sausage links and bring to a boil again.
Immediately lower the heat to only a slow simmer and cook for only 20 minutes.
Serve over cooked Angel Hair spaghetti.
P.S. Just double it if you're cooking for more people.

It does rather depend on what you have in the house. If you have vegetables saute them with dried mixed herbs, left over meat or ham etc. Add lemon juice, mushroom ketchup or light soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce and then some creme fraiche or single cream to make a sauce. Boil pasta of your choice according to instructions and then once drained toss them with the vegetable/meat sauce and serve with a sprinkling of cheese.
Takes me 20 minutes tops - and I am a slow cooker!
Serve with a salad of some sort.
