You must study His Word. "Faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the Word of God."
Do not ask other Christians. They are too busy explaining their lack of faith by explaining how God doesn't really want to heal everybody, and how we must pray "If it be thy will" and such.
Are you asking Benny Hinn to heal you? Not everybody gets healed at his meetings. Are you asking the Apostle Paul to heal you? Not everybody got healed in his ministry. (II Timothy 4:20)
OR, are you asking Jesus to heal you? He never turned away anyone who came to HIM for healing. (Matthew 8:16, Matthew 12:15, Luke 4:40, Luke 6:19, Luke 9:11, Mark 1:40-42, John 15:7)

I guess the first question to ask would be have you accepted Christ as your saviour
God loves you more than you can imagine, if you were able would you not want to heal someone you loved?
You have not said what needs dealing i.e. physical or spiritual but in any even God can heal both
Try praying and asking God to show you what He wants to do in your life, ask Him to heal you.
Getting others to pray with you and for your healing is also a very good idea.
I pray that God would bless you this Christmas, where you need Him the most

Ok I will say it again, Christ is not a get out of jail free card. He will not always heal you or give you everything you desire. Don't tell most Christians that. God will heal your soul and heart when you accept Christ and are reborn in him. Let me give you some good verses. John 3:16, John 14:6, and John 5:24-25. It is not what God can do for you, it is what you can do for God. If you are looking for a get out of jail free card and a religion that has the best benefits, don't bother with christianity. Go in Christ

First of all you are already blessed mentally to know that if you are to be healed, God will do the healing!
Now to your question. What God does ,He does for His glory. He says that if you seek Him you will find Him if you search with all your heart. Jesus himself said that it is my will that this cup be removed from me ,but not my will but thine be done.
Ask Him if you are to be healed. When the disciple asked that that thorn he had be removed, his answer was that it would not.
Sometimes , we have to recognize the little blessings before we can accept the big ones. I am speaking fom experience. I hope that what ever it is you have that you need to be healed of you be healed of. Amen

If God wants to heal your body, it will be healed. If you need to learn more by your suffering, then that will be what happens. I think rather than praying for God to do this or do that because you think that is the best thing, we should pray to accept His will and learn to be pleasing to Him.

You will have to pray and wait upon Him. There can be reasons why He may either delay the healing, or may choose not to heal you. Remember, the Apostle Paul had an affliction which God allowed all of His life.
2 Cor 12:7-10
7 And lest I should be exalted above measure by the abundance of the revelations, a thorn in the flesh was given to me, a messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I be exalted above measure. 8 Concerning this thing I pleaded with the Lord three times that it might depart from me. 9 And He said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness." Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. 10 Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in needs, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ's sake. For when I am weak, then I am strong.

well consider two things, the bible states unforeseen things will occur, and rain falls on the righteous and un-righteous. ( i believe i have that in the ball park).
so, you may not be healed because of you illness. but, God can give you endurance or power beyond what is normal!!!!
this means God is helping you cope with your individual situation. You may not heal, but you will move on and be an example for God.

Pray and believe and these things shall be added unto you. Speak to that mountain in your life and you can move it form that place to another place..Jesus said nothing would be impossible to those who believe.

God will not heal you. Don't count on it....or you'll be waiting forever. Time and medicine heals.....not divine intervention.
