i have had mono twice.
once in 6th grade and once in 7th.
i never took any medicince for it.
because the doctor said there wasnt anything i could take to treat it.
is it true that you have it forever?

Yes, you get so you feel better but it never really leaves you. I think it's more likely to come back if you get really tired or really stressed. My parents had mono when I was a baby and I got it in 11th grade, but I didn't know anyone else who had it so I don't think I caught it from anyone I think it had just been in my system since I was a baby.

It is a virus and viruses are always in your system. Mono has a nasty habit at reappearing when you least expect it. Having mono also increases the likelihood that you'll have shingles later in life.

Honestly, it is very likely that you dont have mono and you have chronic fatigue syndrome. I was diagnosed with mono multiple times until i saw a doctor who knew what he was yapping about.

Yes. My sister in law got it from her husband and she spread it to alot of the family. It is very contagious and you will have it forever.
