Registered Nurse here; Swollen lymph nodes, clavicle swelling with lump, is something that requires more than simple CBC, I strongly suggest you see an internist immediately. For diseases such as Hodgkin's, etc., will not effect your CBC initially. You need a second opinion. As for as your ankle pain, could be a spur, just a guess, but an interest is also an excellent resource to evaluate this also. Please don't delay with a second opinion. I am not trying to scare you, but I want to share with you, that a friend of mine had a lump and swollen lymph glands went to her Private physician, he said nothing abnormal, CBC normal. I begged her to go to another physician, she had Hodgkin's that was 10 years ago, and she is alive today, because she went for that second opinion.

Wow...what a major pain (pardon the pun) this has been for you! My first thought was to suggest giving the chiropractors a bit more time to straighten your spine, but it seems that you've done that. The only thing I can think of that you haven't tried would be your diet. Many times your body will just develop a dislike for some food and will react adversely...hence the head pain. Another possibility is that you need to supplement your diet with some vitamin or trace mineral that you may be lacking. Check with a good health store for the right items. The last thing, and maybe best thing, might be to try some spiritual exercises to reduce stress and/or change the way you deal with stressful situations that come up. I know that prayer has always helped me relax and actually change my whole outlook on life.

I am not a medical professional however, with all tests returning as normal, one indication to look at might be Fibromyalgia. This might be considered in the event that there has been a trauma to the body (i.e. car accident, fall, sudden unnatural movement or strain, prolonged or severe stress, etc)
Tender point palpation may indicate this further...front breast area, forearms, thighs, upper legs, lower back, lower leg and ankle tenderness on palpation (18 points in all). A pain trigger in 11 of 18 points signifies possibility of FMS, 18 of 18 points is significant reason to consider severe FMS. Further indications would be Type A personality (driven, goal oriented, high energy individual requiring little sleep etc). Sleep disorders may exist whereby there is the onset of insomnia or a need for additional sleep which does not bring about a restorative state.
Tingling in extremities, sensitivity to hot, cold, swollen glands, unexplained pain that radiates or travels.
Neck pain causing stiffness, arm fatigue upon holding above head, cramping within feet or calves all further indications of this affliction being possible dx.
Pain could be related as well to severe muscle strain affecting nerves and mobility of neck including tender "knot" which causes increased pain on application of pressure to the area....could also signify disk slippage or beginning of degeneration of disks but is less likely cause.
If Rheumatologist has not yet been consulted, this might be a step to consider taking...FMS is considered within the Arthritis family and is strongly indicated when all testing including that of MRI's, xrays, Bone scans, blood work etc return as normal.
Physio may bring some relief but expect increased discomfort during the initial commencement of such treatment. Further, heat treatments may relieve pain somewhat including heating pad, shower with massage head etc.

You should probably go see a doctor. Swollen lymph nodes are an indication of an immune response by your body. More often than not, it indicates an infection.

I am glad you got tests. Drink lots of water and fruit juices. If you like it, put fresh lemon or lime juice in your water.
I would suggest you see a good acupuncturist.
An acupuncturist can do amazing things.
My other suggestion is to increase your fiber intake. It sounds like your lymph system is struggling.
