Morrison had HIV if I remember. I know he was supposed to be the next "great white hope" in boxing around 20 years ago. He was managed by Bill Cayton after his falling out with Mike Tyson, but then he hit the wall. I do not think he is dead though.

He is still alive he did a peace in ESPN magazine last year and he was making a comeback last year. It was a very good story if you can find it you need to read it
