Soy milk is better than cows milk...Most people think you get a lot of calcium from cows milk...You actually only get a very small percantage of calcium. Its hard for the human body to absorb the calcium from cows milk and make it "consumable" for the human body to use/store..You already digest the milk before your body can extract the calcium. Your body digest it faster than it can take out the calcium

Milk is a very healthy thing to drink! It regulates nerves and muscles and helps build strong bones. Now there could be some side affects for to much calcium intake. A good calcium intake should be about 1,000 mg. You would have to drink a lot of milk a day to have any side affects. Symptoms of having too much calcium can be as small as bloating or big as kidney stones. Whole milk is also very fatty, so it could possibly leave you with an upset stomach, or other gastric problems.

cows milk is not good for you. It contains lactose and after about the age of two, you lose the enzyme that breaks it down.
Cows milk is made for a cow, not for human consumption.

not it's all good for you if it is pasturized. you can drink it without that but there is always a risk of getting sick. also cows milk can have a lot of fat in it but there aren't any side effects if you drink it without going overboard.

It's fine as long as you are talking about pasteurized from the store and not straight off the farm.
