He is not dead and from all reports is very healthy. He wants to be a fighter again, but I doubt any commission would be crazy to let it happen. He had one fight in Japan after testing positive back in the early 90's where the rule was blood would stop the fight. Blood came early and the fight was ruled a no contest. Boxing has blood. He will never get a license. As far as the question again he has no detectable level of HIV. He only has HIV right now. Not AIDS.

no he is not dead he lives on his farm with his wife and kids and would still love to box
