Just get my blood test result, got urine acid high with 3.8 (3.4 normal)
what food i can't eat? tell me pls...

Since you are talking blood test, I will operate under the assumprion you mean uric acid and not urine acid. Uric acid is elevated in cases of gout. Foods rich in uric acid are lobster, crabs, etc. That is why gout used to be called the rich man's disease. Many other foods contain uric acid too. Just do a google search to find out. By the way, a 3.8 (with a normal up to 3.4) is not that abnormal. Could be transitory elevation based on recent diet. Have it checked again in a couple of months.

Protein ingestion causes a little of the acidity of urine. Protein metabolism results in ammonia which is excreted as urea. However, drinking more water would probably be a better option than doing away with meat. Unless it is burning your urethra, your bladder and kidneys can probably handle the pH.

Try swallowing a piece of bread if that doesn't help then I believe that it's no longer in ur throat an the toothpick has scratched ur throat/esophagus
