if there is tripping in 230v side of the bi pole relay which is normally closed to 24v pole which is normally open?

230v is normaly open.

That type of relay is normally used in lighting and emergency lighting in plants and office buildings. The 230VAC is normally open and the 24 Dc is normally closed.
Power keeps the relay energized.
When you lose power the relay energizes which opens the normally open contacts of the 230VAC going to the light. At the same time it closes the Normally closed contacts for the emergency 24VDC lights in the building. Which is usually off a bank of batteries.

Normally open contacts are open when the relay is deenergized and closed when energized.
Normally closed contacts are closed when the relay is deenergized and open when energized.
