The Oresteia by Aeschylus
The Frogs by Aristophanes
The Bacchae by Euripides

Other Greek literature you might be interested in:

The Illiad by Homer (epic poem, not a play)
The Odyssey by Homer (epic poem, not a play)
The Symposium by Plato (good discussion of Greek views of love)
The Aeneid by Virgil (actually Roman, but story deals with Greco-Roman mythology)

The others have all mentioned some great examples of Greek tragedies but seem to have neglected the comedies. Aristophanes wrote some hilarious plays - many with anti-war, etc. themes that are still poignant today.

Oedipus, Oedipus Rex, Oedipus at Colonus, Antigone, Agamemmnon, Medea, Electra, Orestes, Lyllistrata, are the classic ones and done by Sophecles and Euripedes but there are many many more
