Wow. If you have photos then keep them for the custody hearing. Better yet - make a couple copies so they can't be lost. I find it very foolish - the behavior she is displaying. No regard for the health of her child. How awful. Good luck with the custody hearing. Whoever gets custody needs to realize this is a child and not a pawn to "one-up" the other parent. The child is the most important thing now.

U should but she is going to say and try anything to damage your reputation so keep the photos, they can only do u good. Its a shame that u and your child are going through this but has anyone asked the child, if they are old enough, what they would like to do. Why cant there be shared custody? This poor child will feel pulled apart and guilty for the other parent, whatever happens. I dont know what sort of parent either of u are like but just think about your son or daughter and not selfishly. I have a daughter and her dad is horrible. He ignores her, doesnt pay anything and calls every 3 months but i wouldnt stop my daughter seeing him unless she told me she didnt want to because she will resent me and because she wont remember the full story will feel i stopped herseeing him. This wayhe only has himself to blame.
Good luck to u whatever happens and best wishes for your child because this is going to effect them more then anyone. x

You are looking at a picture of a baby drinking a substance you believe to be alcohol. Try to convince someone else that (1) she is giving it to him, not someone else and (2) the substance is alcohol.
Good luck. Sounds like a photoshop job to me or else some wise apple put a gun to her head and made her take that picture so you could win a custody battle.
If by the remote chance you're really 100% troubled and there's no foul play, then any parent who would voluntarily give their children alcohol would probably be bad except the dose makes the poison. Children in Europe drink beer in bottles, that's like Root Beer here in this country. So it depends on the dose.

Wow thats really disturbing, you should contact the child protection agency in your state/country and notify them of the situation. Make sure you have evidence of abuse (eg, the photos). When dealing with the authorities remain calm and think about what is best for your child/children. Be patient as these thing do take time to investigate. Do not threaten the mother of your child with action, as this may push her over the edge. She may harm your child due to anger. Do not let her know what you are planning to do. Just go about the claim and wait. I hope your child ends up safe and well where they belong.

That is disgusting on her part. I would take the photos to your solicitor and use them against her. I think you will get custody as she is not giving them a safe place to live, she is causing them harm. My god how can a mother give a child alcohol and have photos of it, that is just so disgusting. Don't worry mate you will have those kids in your care soon enough.

My fiance has 2 youthful ones inclusive of his ex and he stocks custody. He replaced into advised by a criminal specialist that to verify that him to get complete custody he'd ought to educate that the mummy replaced into both a drug consumer or had a documented psychological ailment. The courts purely provide custody to the mummy outright till those 2 issues are an element. a minimum of, that replaced into what he replaced into advised. :)

call up DHS on her!!! Show them the pics and she should loose the kids. if that doesn't work, then you need to take them anyway! she probably isn't smart enough to win custody if she is giving a baby booze, so you can just threaten her with some legal talk and tell her to keep her mouth shut

Yes, you should get full custody. Take her to court and show them the pictures of her giving him alcohol. He is a minor.
