Put them on a food with no corn in it, I like Nutro Natural Choice Sensitive Stomach. It is a little more expensive, but it works very well.
I have 2 French Bulldogs, and their breed is always gassy! But, this food helps.

It very well could be his food. What are you feeding him? You need to feed him something that has less fillers in it. The fillers are fiber and that would give anyone gas. I would suggest going to a pet food store and asking the store clerks what a good food would be. I feed my dog a combination of Canidae and Wellness. Yes it is more expensive, but because it does not have near the fillers in it, you feed the dog less and it actually costs about the same and is much, much better for your dog. My dog has a beautiful, shiny coat, wonderful strong white teeth, clear eyes and lots of energy. The premium food is definitely worth it.

Feed a high quality dog food like Canidae. Lay off the table scraps for awhile. Make sure the dog gets lots of excercise and has access to fresh water at all time. The gas problem will gradually resolve.

I had the same question on here a few weeks ago!! We bought her some anti-gas tablets from Petco, and her gas has been greatly reduced! We also switched her food from an expensive brand that was high in wheat, to a lower cost brand that had a higher concentration of meat. That helped as well. Cant say which made the bigger difference.. but she doesnt stink us out of the house anymore! She still farts occasionally.. thats just natural.. but, it doesnt stink as bad.

DUH!!! What give you gas? Bad food!
Look most of th ecommercail dog foods like Purina, Iams, etc make th edog foods from food products not fit for human consumption. They use the moldy grains, rotting carcasses that are nothing but tendons, bones and cartlige, intestines with the s*&^ still in them etc. Her in Ohio just about 2 years ago we had a bunch of dgos die becaus e grain they used in the dog food was so full of mold toxins. Research it yourself! When your dog begs for you rfood he is not begging for a treat he is begging for clean holsom foods. Licks his butt you day? My dogs have been getting human quality food since they were puppies and they do not lick thier butts at all. If they get pooh on there feet they can't walk till thier feet are clean. Your dog gets in the garbage? the stuff being put in most of the dog foods is much worse than what is in your garbage. by feeding your dog a commerical dog food you are teaching that garbage is all he will get to eat.
SAy your dog eats pooh? usually that is becaue he is eatehr getting far too little food or the food he is getting is low in nutrition and your dog is eatting s*&^ trying to get the nutrients and minerals he needs.
Read the ingredients in the dog food. You will see that lots of them start with corn meal. Do you think a wild dog a wolf bother farmers cause they are going after his corn crop? Corn is not a natrual part of a dogs diet. Meat by products means the cartlige and tendons off a possibley rotting carcass picke dup from the bucher. They grind up the ones and all including the intestine wiht pooh sitll in them. Very,very little meat actually goes into the dog food. Dogs are carnivores. They need real meat. They get the animals to eat the garbage buy coating it with fat that tastes good to them!
GEt your dog a better qulaity of dog food. I know of three tha tuse human quality foods. I fyour small child gets into it he will not get ill from it. Hund-N-flocken, Wellness and Evangers. Evangers is even kosher! You can find web sites for all three of these.Bet yourpet shop has at least one of them.
WE had a boxer who smelled so bad when he came inside you could smell him all over the house. He was very itchy too. WE switched him to Hund-N-Flocken and inside of two week shis bad odor was totally gone!
My point is you rdog has indigestoin. Give him better food. He will stop having gas.
One more thing. Food from you rfridge. if it i snot fit for you to eat it is not fit for your dog. Dogs are no tliving garbage disposals. If you giv eyou rdog bad food he will get sick and he will get the runs and gas! Just like you would if you ate bad food. Ask your vet if you odn't believe me.

You are feeding him/her the wrong types of food. Canned foods and meaty dog rolls especially, give dogs gas. Talk to ur vet about switching his diet. Do not do it without consulting your vet first - you could make your dog sick!

Gas is normal for all animals. Try changing its type of food. You could ask your vet for a recommendation.

Quit feeding him chili !!! Kidding, But as they said change food soft to dry, change brands, quit feeding people food, some spices don't agree and can effect a flipped stomach (rare but is possible) after wards still flatulent VET time.
