I have dated this guy for a couple months. A couple weeks ago, he found out that I was married and divorced once, and he changed his attitude since then. I think he still likes me, but he told me that I don't meet his girlfriend's criteria because I was married before. He said that we could be a very good couple if not for just this one reason. So for the last 2 weeks, he has been acting very confused; sometimes he acts like he is still interested and sometimes he try to keep a distance by treating me like a common friend.

He just left the state for the holidays to be with his family. Before he left, he told me he would have to think about us during this vacation. He has to think about if there is a chance between us.

Do you think I should wait for his answer? Do you think it's worth to develop a relationship with such a person? Thank you.

Let him miss you. If he comes back to you, then accept him. If he does not, look for another guy. Life is too short.

In the meantime, while waiting for him, busy yourself with things that make you happy and enjoy this life. It's Christimas time!!!

you're still luckier than me coz someone cares for you. Me, no guy has ever cared for me.

Well to be honest I think he be upset, in a way you have lied to him and lying in a relationship is always a bad thing. But honestly you have to let him sort out this feelings about you, at the moment he is in a state of confusion, someone who he thought loved, has lied to him for sometime. But I would wait until he has come back from this holiday and spoken to you before you deside that to do.

You have to decide just how much you like him. Do you honestly want to wait for him? If you really like him then you should, if not, forget him. It really should make no difference to him whether you were married to someone before. If he loves you, he should be able to get past that and be happy to be with you. So it all just comes down to how much you want him. Is he worth your time?

well, if you guys like each other enough that he's actually "thinking about it" you might as well wait it out. i'd say its a 50/50 chance he'll change his mind and decide to take a chance on you despite your past.

dump him!!!! if he loved you so much he wouldn't even care that you were divorced. there should be a law so people like him can't date.

I THINK THAT YOU NEED TO LEAVE HIM ALONG AND MOVE
ON. BUT YOU NEED TO LEARN FROM THIS. HONEST IN
A REALTIONSHIP IS IMPORTANT. YOU SHOULD HAVE TOLD
HIM ABOUT BEING MARRY.A PERSON MAY FEEL THEY
CANT TRUST YOU.
