Your credit should be low due to your age. You are not legally of age to have collections, so I'm guessing you don't have any credit history. I would start out by having a co-signer that trusts you sign for a credit card when you are older. Don't get it if you are going to abuse it, that'll only make your credit bad for 7 years. You can also try and get a small loan. Put the money in a savins account, so you accure some interest. Before your loan payment is due each month, withdraw the the amount you owe that month and use it to pay your loan. Make sure you pay it on time, or off a little early.

Pay your bills on time and pay the full statement balance every billing cycle. If you have any collections, they will stick around on your credit report for 7 years from the time they were sent to collections by the creditors.

If you can pay off some of the debts that are listed on your report, but you will still have the late and all of that on there. But you can try.
