Get more fiber in your diet. The gas is caused when food slowly makes its way through your GI tract. The food decays as bacteria digest it, and the bacteria are giving off gas. Fiber speeds your food through your intestines, thus giving the little buggers less time to make gas.

Fiber = fruits, vegetables, etc.

Glucerna bars work quite well at making you fart. Anything with what they call "sugar alcohols" will do the trick.

There are over the counter remedies for gas. and use 'hot sauce, Tabasco, hot chili pepper, etc on your food when you can.
