when i go to bed at nite.. i always have this fear of going to sleep because of the fact that i get anxiety cuz it feels like my stomach is bloated, cant breathe or whatever..

i was wondering if it was a bad habit related to anxiety?

also when i sleep early.. i have this habit of waking up at like 4 in the morning with a minor anxiety attack?

is there any ideas on how to not have these problems? or to help anxiety

yup, definately. i think you went into deep sleep. either you are dreaming or you are too tired. usually, people in deep sleep can lead to death. becaoz their breathing is too slow and the fact that their mind or brain is still functioning thus causing you to wake up. or maybe you are obese, unhealthy diet also can lead to bad sleeping habits. try to be a regular sleeper on time. it might help, all the best

Sounds like you are probably suffering from anxiety related symptoms. These are EXTREMELY common symptoms. Many people have offered good advice, but sometimes the only treatment is a rebalaning through medication. People who do not have anxiety or know anything about it don't understand that it is a biochemical process that many times you cannot help. You may want to talk to your doctor along with addressing and minimizing the issues of stress in your life.

I think the reason why you you got anxiety when going to bed is you are worry about your feelings, or concern with someone else. Or maybe you think someone else thats why you are not comfortable or unease. You are nervous on what youve done to your family or with your friends.

You can prevent this by solving your problem share it to your family so that you can feel comfortable. And you can sleep well.

Buy some deep breathing relaxation CDs and listen to them when you lay down for the night. They will help you calm yourself and your mind so you can sleep better. You can buy them on amazon.com. Good luck.
