I agree but there was some good stuff in it, was not what I had expected, but I glad I read it

I don't know myself, but you're right. In many sections they put in stuff that was covered in other sections.

Maybe it's because it IS in SECTIONS. A section for Women, a section for this and that.

The ALTERNATIVE is JUST AS BAD. It's like reading Chapter 9 and it telling you to see Chapter 5.

It's the way they made it. They have a right to make it that way and their law says they can't change it.

I've heard that this is how it seems in English translation, but it is not necessarily so in Arabic. Arabic is a very nuanced language with multiple meanings for some of the words, so that each sentence in the Qur'an has deep meanings that get lost in translation.

Read Ibn Kathir, explanation of the Qu'ran. This is much more longer but will give you much better understanding, alot more explanation.

As to why is their repetition, this is the way it was revealed through the Archangel Gabriel to the Prophet Muhammad (Peace be Upon Him)
A little guidance

[010:037] And this Qur'ân is not such as could ever be produced by other than God (Lord of the heavens and the earth), but it is a confirmation of (the Revelation) which was before it [i.e. the Taurât (Torah), and the Injîl (Gospel)], and a full explanation of the Book (i.e. the laws decreed for mankind) – wherein there is no doubt – from the Lord of the 'Âlamîn (mankind, jinn, and all that exists).

[010:038] Or do they say: "He (Muhammad [Peace Be Upon Him) has forged it?" Say: "Bring then a Sûrah (chapter) like it, and call upon whomsoever you can besides God, if you are truthful!"

[010:039] Nay, they have denied the knowledge whereof they could not comprehend and what has not yet been fulfilled (i.e. their punishment). Thus those before them did deny. Then see what was the end of the Zâlimûn (polytheists and wrong doers)!

[010:040] And of them there are some who believe therein; and of them there are some who believe not therein, and your Lord is the Best Knower of the Mufsidûn (evildoers and liars).

[010:041] And if they deny you, say: "For me are my deeds and for you are your deeds! You are innocent of what I do, and I am innocent of what you do!"

[010:042] And among them are some who listen to you, but can you make the deaf to hear – even though they apprehend not?

(V.10:37) Narrated Abu Hurairah [radhi-yallahu 'anhu]: The Prophet [Peace Be Upon Him] said, "There was no Prophet among the Prophets but was given miracles because of which people had security or had belief, but what I have been given is the Divine Revelation which God has revealed to me. So I hope that my followers will be more than those of any other Prophet on the Day of Resurrection." [Sahih Al-Bukhari, 9/7274 (O.P.379)]
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
056:057] We created you, then why do you believe not?

[056:058] Then tell Me (about) the (human) semen that you emit.

[056:059] Is it you who create it (i.e. make this semen into a perfect human being), or are We the Creator?

[056:060] We have decreed death to you all, and We are not outstripped,

[056:061] To transfigure you and create you in (forms) that you know not.

[056:062] And indeed, you have already known the first form of creation (i.e. the creation of Adam), why then do you not remember (or take heed)?

[056:063] Then tell Me about the seed that you sow in the ground.

[056:064] Is it you that make it grow, or are We the Grower?

[056:065] Were it Our Will, We could crumble it to dry pieces, and you would be regretful (or left in wonderment). (Tafsir Ibn Kathîr)

[056:066] (Saying): "We are indeed Mughramûn (i.e. ruined or have lost the money without any profit, or punished by the loss of all that we spend for cultivation)! (Tafsir Al-Qurtubî)

[056:067] "Nay, but we are deprived!"

[056:068] Then tell Me about the water that you drink.

[056:069] Is it you who cause it from the rain clouds to come down, or are We the Causer of it to come down?

[056:070] If We willed, We verily could make it salt (and undrinkable); why then do you not give thanks (to Allâh)?

[056:071] Then tell Me about the fire which you kindle.

[056:072] Is it you who made the tree thereof to grow, or are We the Grower?

[056:073] We have made it a Reminder (of the Hell-fire in the Hereafter), and an article of use for the travellers (and all the others, in this world).

[056:074] Then glorify with praises the Name of your Lord, the Most Great.

[056:075] So, I swear by the setting of the stars.

[056:076] And verily that is indeed a great oath, if you but know.

(V.56:75) In Arabic, the word Mawâqi'i An-Nujûm has many interpretations, it may mean the setting or the rising (or the mansions) of the stars, or the Qur'ân and its gradual revelation in stages. Please see Tafsir At-Tabari for detail.

Let's just say if someone wrote the Q'uran as a creative writing project for a college class, they would probably get a D grade. Bad writing, not even good prose. Yes, I've read it too. Pompous platitudes for the weak minded. Amazing to me it has such a following.
