As I can conclude according to your answers:

105 is 10^5 pF or 100,000 pF,
473 should be 4.7 x 10³ or 4,700 pF
334 should be 3.3 x 10^4 or 33,000 pF

K - 10%
M - 20%

250 V is the insulation tension of the capacitor, i.e, 250 volts.

Is there any letter for 5% ?

The last digit in the 105 designates the number of zeros that follow the first two digits. The unit of measurement is picofarads. In this case, you have 1,000,000 picofarads, or 1 microfarad.

The K designates the tolerance, which is ± 10%. The letter M designates a ± 20% tolerance

250 V designates the maximum operating voltage, above which the dielectric may break down and the capacitor will fail.

This marking is a variation of a numbering system used for mil-spec electrical components.

I agree with Heinz M, its probably a Mica Capacitor and 105K is 105 thousand Pico Farads....

Speaking of Farads....when I did my training I was told that a one Farad capacitor would be huge in physical size....I found a company which makes and sells super capacitors of up to 50 Farads...physical size similar to many standard 1000 Mike caps....and of course super low voltages....around 2 Volts.... used for UPS's and power supplies....man.....!!! 50 FARADS and more.....sheesh......largest dialectric values I've ever seen whew....

105K..so put five zeros ahead of 10 and read the capacitance in picofarads(pF)

and K is +/- 10% which is the tolerence..and 250V is the voltage till which this capacitance holds true

and as I see from the other answers.. it is NOT 105xxxx pF etc. etc. it is wrong!! 5 at the end of 105 gives you number of zeros.. LOL

105,000 pico farads and it's probably a mica capacitor.
