club soda, grape juice, lime mix, Vermouth, maybe try some of the
"new" martinis, apple, chocolate and so forth. Get a bartenders
book for ideas or look on line under bartenders

I personally do not drink, but I do not see how drinking vodka and red bull would make a woman trash. For someone who only has water and vodka in his house, you may want to rethink your present attitude towards others, and realize that you sound like an alcoholic in the making, if you haven't made your way there yet.

Red Bull is trashy? LOL, okay. Anyway, you should have juice (orange or cranberry) to mix with vodka. You might want to keep a few different options available too. Or if you have made a date with the lady beforehand, just ask her what she likes to drink.

Orange juice, cranberry juice, or Sprite are common mixers.

Red Bull is a bad idea! I don't know where this fascination came from, but alcohol is a downer and Red Bull is an upper. People have died from mixing the two!

I noticed recently on the menu at Olive Garden that a Cosmopolitan (a popular drink for vodka drinking ladies, I'm told) is made of vodka, cranberry juice and cointreau.

Any Berry Juice. Vodka goes best with berries. Otherwise get Flavored malt beverages like wine coolers or SMIRNOFF malt beverages. My wife usually gets Vodka and the grape Smirnoff. She will mix 1/4 cup Vodka to 1 12oz. bottle of Smirnoff. I like it sometimes. I also like it when I host parties. Everybody has a berry side. But just something like that with berries.......

A lot of people like to mix vodka and cranberry juice. Most of my friends find that mix to be easy to drink. You can add a little seltzer water to it too.

A lot of women would rather have a smoother, fresher tasting drink. I believe cranberry juice is an excellent mixer with vodka. Plus it turns a pretty pink when mixed.....;>

Once upon a time we drank what we called Miss Ellie's (yes, from Dallas moons ago.) Vodka was all we had, but we added sprite or some other clear soda and cherry juice or grenadine. If it's cherry juice, you've got the cherries, too. (I say nothing more to that.) They were a hit with anyone that tried one.
