Yes, you can. It is dependent upon the seller, but the majority accept PayPal as their preferred mode of payment. All you have to do is go to www.paypal.com, set up an account and enter your TCF Visa account information. Once you buy something from eBay, the seller will send you a bill and you can pay through PayPal, having your Visa charged.

if the seller takes credit cards and your card has a master/visa logo than yes...most prefer only paypal..if that's the case than no..
