Ethiopian. It's hard to find and I have to travel about an hour to the nearest restaurant to get it, so Indian always comes in a close second :)

I should say it is the satay as the meat is marinated with spices before being charcoal grilled. Then it is eaten by dipping in a peanut sauce and taken with ketupat (malay rice cake), cucumber slices and onions. The aroma is nice.
