I'm sure this is probably a loose translation at best, but it literally tranlates as "Hello it the really it appreciates like that fairies to me?"... doesn't make sense, does it?

This sentence has no meaning in Italian. I try to translate word by word:
Ciao = Hi
la = the
i = the
realmente = truly
gradisce = he/she likes
come fate quello = how you(plural) do that
a me = to me
Maybe who wrote this sentence intended to say: "Hi, I really like how you did it" or something similar, and translated it using an online translator.
"Fate" means also faeries in italian, but not in this case!

Hmmm, I took it to mean something along the lines of: "Hi I really appreciate how you (plural) do that to me." I took 'fate' as meaning 'fare (to do)' in voi form. Most of you took it as the plural form of fairies?? Otherwise, I don't think that's proper Italian at all. And this is coming from someone with 4 years of Italian behind him.

Go to Google and type in Babel Fish Translator. Click the link that says Alta Vista Babel Fish Translator and type your phrase into the box then click the little translator box and select the Italian to English and then hit the Translate button... and Voila! you have your translation....
