It's Japanese for "someday, you'll find that special someone."

It can be transliterated to "sometime, someone will be falling in love"

Some people translate itsuka as "once upon a time", but in this usage, it is "sometime".

Writing it should look like this:

いつかだれかとまた恋いに落ちても.
