There is no difference between latin american spanish and spanish from Spain with numbers. As all english speaking countries, what differs is the way they talk... not the language.
The spanish spelling for the numbers are as follows:
one / uno
two / dos
three / tres
four / cuatro
five / cinco
six / seis
seven / siete
eight / ocho
nine / nueve
ten / diez

First you need to know how the vowels sound. The A sounds like the "a" in "bad". The E sounds like the "e" in "bed". The I sounds like the "i" in "bid". The O sounds like the "o" in "bod". The U sounds like the "u" in "full'. Then read: uno, dos, tres, cuatro, cinco (the first "c" sounds like "s"), seis, siete, ocho, nueve, diez. And that's how you SPELL the numbers.
God bless you
