how do you access all aircraft after obtaining a pilots licsenses on grand theft auto san andreas?

Well on Los Santos, you don't have to earn pilot license, just pull a car up to the gate or a wall at the airport and jump over. (This won't work in San Fierro though because the planes are locked.) There is a dodo (single engine private plane) over the fence by the entrance, and a Shamu (private jet) way over by the end of the runway. If you have your license, you should be able to go in the airpoirts through the gates. After a little while, you can enter the planes in the San Fierro airport, just not right after you get the license.

Here's some cheats for planes:

Hydra(fighter Jet)- Triangle, Triangle, Square, Circle, X, L1, L1, Down, Up (when hovering, press the right analouge stick forward to go into forward flight and press L1 to fire missiles and circle for counter-missiles.)

Stuntplane(aerobatics plane)-Circle, Up, L1, L2, Down, R1, L1, L1, Left, Left, X, Triangle.

Hunter(attack helicopter)- CIRCLE, X, L1, CIRCLE, CIRCLE, L1, CIRCLE, R1, R2, L2, L1, L1 (Press L1 I think, to fire missiles, and R1 to fire gatling gun)

Jetpack- Left, Right, L1, L2, R1, R2, Up, Down, Left, Right
