then a lot of other animals would also disappear ,
Mosquitos are an important factor in the eco systems and the food chain
birds ,frogs, iguanas, praying mantises and hundreds of other forms of life eat mosquitos ,and hundreds of animals more eat them .
take a factor out of the food chain and the chain colapses.
they once sprayed chemicals to kill mosquitos on the banks of the Donaube, and all life in the forest disapeared,

We would see an end to some of the deadliest illnesses in the world. Malaria, Dengue, Yellow Fever, West Nile Virus, Eastern Equine Encephalitis all are carried by mosquitoes, and all kill millions of people worldwide. It also could have some impact on ecosystems, but mosquitoes aren't the most important links in the food chain. Most things that eat them also eat other insects.

Mosquitoes are God's little herdsman. They push the deer and elk to the high country in the spring and summer. Plus they are a major food source for bats.

It would be wonderful. There'd be no more west nile! I cant think of anything good they bring to the earth. they are disease carrying insects. Why can't all the stupid pointless mosquitos and flys and roaches get extinct instead of the beautiful animals of the earth? Ugh!
