Wicca For One: The Path Of Solitary Witchcraft by Raymond Buckland
Wicca: A Guide for the Solitary Practitioner by Scott Cunningham
A Witch Alone, New Edition: Thirteen Moons to Master Natural Magic by Marian Green
Avoid Silver RavenWolf, even though you are likely to see her books everywhere. At least until you have a better understanding of Wicca and can separate her good information from her garbage.
After reading Luci's response, I can't believe I left off Starhawk - excellent recommendation!

Tirya has made the best suggestions, especially when it comes to Silver Ravenwolf. You need to know what to look for in her books and are not recommended for beginners.
Scott Cunningham is perfect for solitaries and he is wonderful at explaining everything to people who have never come across Wicca before.
Also, as daft as this one might sound, The Idiot's Guide To Wicca And Witchcraft is actually very good! It outlines all the basics, and is very easy to understand. I still use it even though I have been a Witch for ten years! Avoid the other one - Wicca And Witchcraft For Dummies, as it is not as good nor as comprehensive and is a lot more patronising.

Wicca: For the Rest of Us (http://wicca.timerift.net), The Witch's Voice (http://www.witchvox.com), and Daven's Journal (http://davensjournal.com) are good sites. Stay away from Silver Ravenwolf, DJ Conway, and Edain McCoy.

I agree with Tirya....avoid Silver Ravenwolf....
Anything by Scott Cunningham is good. My personal favorites are the Temple of Witchcraft series by Christopher Penczak.

umm that stuff really doesnt work. i tried it 3 years back, and did everything to become wiccan. welll the spells never worked, and they left me "emo" for a long time:-\
