None.

The gaseous oxides of Sulfur, Nitrogen and Carbon have no direct correlation with any particulate formation or emissions.

The type of fuel (petroleum based or coal or other) and the relative amount of Oxygen (from the atmosphere) which mixes with the fuel will partially determine the temperature of flames and have a great influence on the amount of particulate matter formed.

Carbon monoxide (CO) which is formed during restricted Oxygen input might have some correlation with particulates, but even this is just a general guess.

To know the amount of particulates from a Power Plant, one must carefully capture and measure the particles involved.
