Okay first of all wash your hair every day. There is products at the
store that you can buy. The product that Nise mention you can
either buy that or buy hair lotion. Or their is 3 flower for guys all
you need is a little on the palm of your hand rub it in then place it
in your hair, then comb your hair to your perfection. The Hair lotion and the Black Magic is located in the African/American
section and at any Walgreen Drug Store's. If your hair is straight
it is better to have your hair wet when putting on the product. It'll
keep it slick back and look just the way you want it too. Try it
you might just like it.

You can use conditioner when you shower, then don't completely rinse it out, just get most of it out so your hair won't lye so flat. Make sure to get some conditioner on your scalp.
I know that rubbing your scalp or running your fingers through your hair works, too, but probably not in one hour.

Why would you want your hair greasy? Mine is all flat when its like that! Put on some cheap hair care product like a detangler or leave in treatment that is really crappy and it should get your hair really greasy....

There are products designed to create that effect. I have used both Biosilk and John Frieda's Frizz Control. I recommend the Frizz Control - it is available in different "strengths" and can be used on wet or dry hair.

Paul Mitchell has a detangler that I like. It is not meant to make my hair greasy, but it does a little, and adds some shine.

I'd say just use a lot of conditioner and a little diluted gel. I would think this would work pretty well.
