You would probably do well to put sunblock on your face and neck as well if eye protection is a significant issue.

From there, move up to a welding helmet with a shade 5 lens.

What do you intend to look at or expose your eyes to?

You should visit an Ophthalmologist on a regular basis and follow their instructions for eye care. Optometrists are not as well educated, trained or equipped to diagnose serious eye or potential eye problems. Remember once your eyesight is gone, it's gone. Good Luck

Depends why your eyes need protection. If it's from the sun, wear sunglasses; if it's doing something like using machinery, wear goggles.

Try using lotion w/suncreen. Use antiwrinkle creams at night, and always protect your eyes w/sunglasses!!

Transition glasses either usable in ordinary situations or outdoors in sunlight. They can also be as a prescription and come in bi-focals as well.
