Alot I would say. Although they all revolved around the seasons, many lacked the mathematical skills and technology to actually map the heavens. We do know that the Egyptians, Druids, Mayans & Aztecs had such knowledge.
It was developed to support agriculture. And is still used by many in the "Farmers Almanac".

You could argue a lot with this one. Even Chistianity has been influenced by astronomy indirectly. When the roman emperor made christianity the empire's official religion, a lot of church days of celebration were moved to accomodate the local regions to make transition from pagan religions(heavy astronomical base) to the new christianity more easier. The most famous instance of this would be Christmas ofcourse.
So how many? I'd say given influence of the necessity of farming and how that gave rise to civilization and religion, all religions were heavily impacted by astronomy.
